Welcome to Wellneos, my name is Ryan Mullins. I’m a certified Health Coach through the American Council on Exercise. I’m also a fitness author who is trying to bring evidence-based information to you.

Our main purpose here at Wellneos is to teach you how to incorporate strength training and OMAD (one meal a day) for weight loss and wellness.

We are here to help everyday busy dad’s over thirty become healthier. Our goal is to help you lose fat and build muscle naturally. With all of the workout and diet trends, it’s hard to know where to start.

Trust me I’ve been there. I’ve been working out and dieting with every fad and latest trends to only stay on a yo-yo diet as well as with my body weight.

I’ve done it all over the years from hoping that supplements were going to get me in better shape because of the jacked “all-natural” guy selling it said so.

Doing crash diets only to regain the weight again, diets don’t work! When they do work it’s only temporary and the person almost always regains the weight back and then some.

While it will require work, getting healthier and in better shape doesn’t have to be complicated. We believe in Nutrition, not diets and workouts that are not overly complicated.

If you are a busy dad, I’m sure you want to build muscle and burn fat. I also know that we also want to improve our health to be around for our family and friends. It doesn’t matter how old you are, research is showing that you can naturally build muscle and become healthier well into your 70’s.

You’ve only got one life to live, no more excuses and time is valuable. Be the best version of your self that you’ve always wanted to become, it’s possible!
